Nature and WellBeing Talks
I do library and group wellbeing talks on the benefits of being out in nature and getting closer to it through photography. I also do talks about trying to get fit in your fifties and sixties. I explore running, swimming and walking. I also talk about local heritage and about various worldwide cross cultural visits
