7.11.19 - The recipe and method to accompany Old Bloke Goes Cooking (Bacon and Chilli Omelette)
Ingredients: two eggs, a teaspoon of olive oil, a rasher of bacon (chopped up), four jalapeño bits, one spring onion, chopped. A teaspoon of turmeric. Salt and pepper.
Method: Heat a frying pan, add oil, then the rasher of bacon, then everything else apart from the eggs. As soon as things go crispy, chuck in the two eggs, (already whisked together in a cup). Wiggle the pan until the egg mix evenly covers the pan. Let it bubble and flick one end over to form an envelope. Slide it onto a plate before it gets too firm and eat.
